"A couple of weeks ago I was in my first ever wreck and State farm has been there every step of the way! They made the whole process smooth with my wrecked car, to getting the rental car, and then getting my new car! All the agents are so friendly and professional and patient! "DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! Unless you want to waste your time and have your policy changed to to more than 10x the price due to their incompetence. After several issues with this office, I transferred my policies to a different State Farm agency. I did not cancel with State Farm. Small issues 1) They scheduled an appointment with me to review my policies by phone. They neglected to call at the appointnent time because they neglected to place the appointment on their books. 2) I entered info to add a vehicle through the app. They didn't follow up. I had to call and give them the infornation verbally. 3) The new vehicle has antique auto title and plates. I asked them to send an email with all information required for the policy. Over a month later, after additional phone calls, emails and text messages, I am still waiting. 4) If you call and ask to speak to the agent, your request will be denied. Major issue Because of their incompetence, I never received the form to be completed to get the vehicle insurance processed properly. I asked that they send it electronically....they couldn't. Asked that they send via USPS...they didn't. Asked that they send a pdf via email. ....they didn't. They wanted me to drive to their office. I submitted the required photos based on a verbal list, although I asked for it in writing. Since this form, which I never received, was not submitted, my policy was changed from a premium of $75 for 6 months to one for over $130 per month. It wasn't until after I documented my issues with State Farm corporate and submitted the change of agents that the office called to try to rectify the issues. So, if you have a problem, the only way to resolve the issue is to change to a different agent. Definitely not an acceptable way to do business."

"If you are a customer with State Farm, consider finding new insurance. State Farm uses newspaper ads to determine car value when you are in an accident. If you are at fault, that means when State Farm fails to pay for all repairs or damages, you will be sued individually for the remaining losses. I was recently hit by a State Farm customer; they took my vehicle that their client totaled and left me in debt for $1500 on top of having no vehicle for my family now. This company is the biggest con in insurance."

"Long time customer. Can't get a call back ! When in the office other agents try to butt into conversations. I have been treated like a person that has not paid an extreme amount of money on my home n car. I also have not had a bill of amount stated. This is place is not what is use to be. Lindsey is the lady who came into Ashley's office and butted into a very private conversation."

"After I got a really good quote on the website, the amount I was billed was way more than the quote. I cancelled the policy and it took me 4 phone calls from the beginning of March and multiple emails to get it all sorted out. I was told emails were not received and not much follow up was given to get the policy fully cancelled and my new declaration page reviewed. Not very professional in my opinion but to each his own"

"The staff here is so nice and helpful. Lindsey took the time to explain things to me clearly and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing everything! All the office staff are very welcoming and have positive attitudes. Also got me great prices for coverage I was paying double for elsewhere! When I've had to use the roadside assistance through the app, I got help and tow service within 15-20 minutes of placing the claim. Very quick and very efficient!"

"I've enjoyed the peace of mind from having insurance for years without having to use it. When hurricane Helene left a trail of destruction across our area that all changed. I was faced with many obstacles and hardships in the wake of this storm. It became obvious a call to my agent was now needed. When I made the call I was greeted by Candie, and all I can say is WOW! I cannot imagine a more pleasant interaction than this one. Not only was she super friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to but she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my life and the hardships I've been faced with. She was extremely knowledgeable about what would be covered in my policy, what should be documented with photographs, and what I should expect through the entirety of a claim process.
